Once an order is placed, our team will confirm product availability and shipping details before dispatching your order.

Note: For orders of Rs. 10,000 or above, customers may be asked to pay a Rs. 500 security deposit in advance. This amount will be adjusted in the final bill and is fully refundable if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Nationwide Delivery Available

  • Karachi: Same-day delivery may be available through local rider services (subject to availability). Delivery charges are paid by the customer.
  • Other Cities: Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

  • FREE Shipping on orders above Rs. 4,000

🕒 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Sindh: 2–4 Working Days
  • Punjab, Islamabad & KPK: 3–5 Working Days
  • Balochistan & Remote Areas: 4–7 Working Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in most cities across Pakistan.
  • Our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email so you can monitor your shipment.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and courier charges may apply.
